The Merchant identified below (the “Merchant”) has signed an Equipment Rental Agreement (the “Rental Agreement”) with EVO Payments (“EVO”). This Addendum (“Addendum”) will supplement and become part of the Rental Agreement which is incorporated by reference in its entirety as if set forth at length herein.
Merchant desires to rent a POS terminal (the “Terminal”) from EVO and get the first six (6) months free, and EVO agrees to provide the Terminal to Merchant at no charge for the first six (6) months on the following terms and conditions:
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Rental Agreement, EVO shall provide a Terminal to Merchant at no charge for the first six (6) months. After the expiration of six (6) months, the charges and fees set forth in the Rental Agreement shall apply.
- This offer is only available for new customers that enter into a Payment Acceptance Agreement (“PAA”) with EVO Payments between September 1st 2020 and December 31th 2020 inclusive. Applications received after this date will not be eligible
- Merchant must enter into a PAA with EVO for a term of no less than 30 months.
- This offer is not open to any business sectors that are prohibited by EVO’s Credit Policy.
- This offer is not available to existing EVO Payments customers.
- This offer is for a POS Terminal only. This offer does not apply to payment gateway and virtual terminal products.
- This offer is available for Tailor Made pricing. This offer does not apply to Inclusive Ready Made bundle plans
- This offer applies to the terminal rental fee only; Merchant will be responsible for Merchant Service Charges.
- No cash equivalent is available.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other EVO Payments promotional offer.
- EVO Payments reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer and the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of EVO Payments is final and no dispute will be entered into.
- All information provided by Merchant to EVO must be accurate and up to date.
