Terms and Conditions
The Merchant identified below (the “Merchant”) has signed a Payment Acceptance Agreement (the “PAA”) with EVO. Except as expressly provided in this Addendum (“Addendum”), all terms and provisions of the PAA shall remain in full force and effect and this Addendum will supplement and become part of the PAA, which is incorporated by reference in its entirety as if set forth at length herein.
Merchant desires to sign-up to EVO Collect (“Collect”) and get 6 months free Collect monthly service fee, and EVO agrees to provide Collect to Merchant with 6 months free Collect monthly service fee on the following terms and conditions:
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the PAA, EVO shall provide Collect to Merchant with free Collect monthly service fee for 6 months. At the end of the 6 months, the Collect monthly service fee set forth in the PAA shall apply.
- Merchant must enter into a PAA with EVO for a term of no less than 24 months.
- This offer is not open to any business sectors that are prohibited by EVO’s credit policy.
- This offer is for Collect only. This offer does not apply to other EVO products.
- This offer applies to the Collect monthly service fee only; Merchant shall be responsible for all other fees outlined in the PAA, including but not limited to, Card Acceptance Fees, Other Card Acceptance charges and Card Acceptance Pricing.
- No cash equivalent is available.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other EVO promotional offer.
- EVO reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer and the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of EVO is final and no dispute will be entered into.
- All information provided by Merchant to EVO must be accurate and up to date.
